Once you have filled out the contact form above, my team and I will be in touch with you as soon as possible. 

• We will be in contact with you to gather further information on what may be bothering you such as but not limited to:
  1. Coughs
  2. Asthma
  3. Sleep apnoea
  4. Breathlessness
  5. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
     
     
• At this stage, we will also ask how we can help you best and what you are expecting from the consultation. I want to ensure that your needs and queries are fully addressed during our consultation. 
• Finally, we will also book you for a consultation at the next earliest and most convenient date and time for yourself. 
• During the consultation, I will complete the relevant examinations required as well as take a detailed history. 
• If further tests or diagnostics (e.g. a sleep study) are required, we will be able to discuss and carry them out appropriately at your convenience. 
• Once we have combined the diagnostic results with the examination and history we will be able to reach a diagnosis. 
• At this stage I will discuss potential treatment options and plans with you and provide advice on which may be best suited to you in terms of your criteria, success rates, comfort and more. 
• Once a treatment plan has been confirmed by yourself I will prepare a schedule accordingly for regular follow ups to ensure that we are on the right path.
